Mohyliv-Podilskyi is a city located in the Vinnytsia Oblast of Ukraine. It serves as the administrative center of the Mohyliv-Podilskyi Raion and has a population of 29,925 residents.
The city is situated in the historic region of Podolia on the left bank of the Dniester River, near the border with Bessarabia, Moldova. It is connected by a bridge to the Moldovan town of Otaci, which lies directly across the river from the municipality.
