Pidvolochysk is a rural settlement located in the Ternopil Oblast of western Ukraine. It is situated on the right side of the Zbruch River, directly opposite the town of Volochysk in the neighboring Khmelnytskyi Oblast.
The settlement serves as the administrative center for the Pidvolochysk settlement hromada, which is one of the local administrative divisions in Ukraine. As of recent data, the population of Pidvolochysk is 7,632 residents.
