Putyvl is a city located in the Sumy Oblast region of north-east Ukraine. It currently has a population of approximately 14,886 residents.
Historically, Putyvl served as the administrative center of the Putyvl Raion. Following an administrative reform in 2020, the city transitioned to being under the jurisdiction of the Konotop Raion.
