Nedryhailiv is a rural settlement located in northeastern Ukraine within the Sumy Oblast. It is situated along the banks of the Sula River and currently has a population of 5,252 residents.
The settlement previously served as the administrative center for the Nedryhailiv Raion. Following the abolition of that raion in 2020, the administrative structure was reorganized, and Nedryhailiv is now administered within the Romny Raion.
