Kyrykivka is a rural settlement situated in the Okhtyrka Raion of the Sumy Oblast region in Ukraine. It is geographically positioned on the left bank of the Vorskla river, which serves as a left tributary of the Dnieper.
The settlement serves as the administrative center for the Kyrykivka settlement hromada, one of the local administrative divisions within Ukraine. As of recent records, the population of Kyrykivka is 2,601 residents.
