Balaklava is a settlement located on the Crimean Peninsula in Ukraine. It serves as the administrative center of the Balaklavsky District and is currently part of the city of Sevastopol. Historically, the area was part of the Crimean Oblast before being transferred to the Sevastopol Municipality.
