Volodymyrets is a rural settlement located in the Rivne Oblast province of western Ukraine. It serves as a local community within the Varash Raion.
The town previously functioned as the administrative center of the Volodymyrets Raion, housing its local administration buildings until the district was abolished. According to the 2001 Ukrainian Census, the population was 8,699, while the current population is recorded at 9,315.
