Kostopil is a small city located in the Rivne Oblast of western Ukraine. It is situated along the banks of the Zamchysko River and serves as a local residential hub with a population of approximately 30,838 people.
Historically, the city functioned as the administrative center of the Kostopil Raion until 2020. Following administrative changes, it is currently situated within the larger Rivne Raion.
