Dubno is a city and municipality situated on the Ikva River in the Rivne Oblast province of western Ukraine. Located within the historic region of Volhynia, it serves as the administrative center for the Dubno Raion district.
The city is positioned at the intersection of two major European routes, E40 and E85. It has an estimated population of 36,901 residents.
