Demydivka is a rural settlement situated in the Rivne Oblast of Ukraine. It serves as a local locality within the region, positioned approximately 40 kilometres (25 miles) from the railway station on the Dubno-Krasne-Zdolbuniv line.
Historically, Demydivka functioned as the administrative center of the Demydivka Raion. This administrative status changed in 2020 when the raion was officially abolished.
