Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi is a port city located in the Odesa Oblast of southwestern Ukraine. Situated on the right bank of the Dniester Estuary leading to the Black Sea, the city is positioned within the historical region of Budjak. It serves as the administrative center of the Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi Raion and is coterminous with the Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi urban hromada.
The city is notable for hosting a large freight seaport. Historically, it has been known by various names, including Aq Kirmān. As of recent data, the population of the city is 47,727.
