Pivdennoukrainsk is a city located in the Mykolaiv Oblast of Ukraine. Situated on the Southern Bug river within the Voznesensk Raion, the city lies approximately 350 kilometers south of the national capital, Kyiv.
Formerly known as Yuzhnoukrainsk, the city has a population of 38,560 residents. It serves as the administrative center for the Pivdennoukrainsk urban hromada, which is one of the recognized hromadas in Ukraine.
