Medenychi is a rural settlement located in the Drohobych Raion district of the Lviv Oblast region in western Ukraine. It serves as an administrative center for the Medenychi settlement hromada, which is one of the various hromadas within the country.
The settlement has a population of 3,292 residents. Local government affairs are administered by the Medenychi Settlement Council.
