Rubizhne, also known as Rubezhnoye, is a city located in the Luhansk Oblast within the Donbas region of eastern Ukraine. It is situated on the left bank of the Donets River and lies near the cities of Sievierodonetsk and Lysychansk.
Historically, Rubizhne held the status of a city of oblast significance until that designation was abolished in 2020.
