Khrustalnyi, also known as Krasnyi Luch, is a city located in the Luhansk Oblast of eastern Ukraine. It currently has a population of approximately 79,533 residents.
The city is historically significant as one of the most important coal mining locations within the Donbas region. Its development and economic history are closely tied to these industrial mining operations.
