Bila Tserkva is a city located in central Ukraine within the historical region of right-bank Ukraine. It is situated along the Ros River and serves as the administrative center for both the Bila Tserkva Raion and the Bila Tserkva urban hromada.
The city holds the distinction of being the largest municipality in the Kyiv Oblast. Its population is reported to be between 205,000 and 207,273 residents.
