Tarkhankut

Tarkhankut is a city located in Ukraine. It serves as a geographic reference point for the western extremity of Crimea, which extends into the Black Sea.

The region is characterized by the Tarkhankut Peninsula and its associated terrain, known as the Tarkhankut Highlands. The peninsula's northern shore forms the southern coast of Karkinit Bay, while its westernmost boundaries are defined by Cape Prybiynyi and Cape Tarkhankut situated to the south.
