Zlynka is a town located in the Bryansk Oblast of Russia. It serves as the administrative center of the Zlynkovsky District and is situated on the Zlynka River. The town is positioned approximately 225 kilometers (140 mi) southwest of Bryansk, which is the administrative center of the oblast, and lies near the border with Belarus.
According to census data, the population of Zlynka has remained relatively stable over recent decades. The 2021 census recorded a population of 5,270, following figures of 5,507 in 2010, 5,372 in 2002, and 5,586 during the 1989 Soviet census.
