Ustynivka is a rural settlement located in the Kropyvnytskyi Raion of the Kirovohrad Oblast in Ukraine. It is situated on the Berezivka river, which serves as a left tributary of the Inhul within the drainage basin of the Southern Bug.
The settlement serves as the administrative center for the Ustynivka settlement hromada, one of the local administrative divisions in Ukraine. The population of the area is recorded between 3,077 and 3,233 residents.
