Nadlak

Nădlac is a town located in the western part of Arad County in Romania. Situated approximately 50 km from the county capital, it serves as a significant international border town on the frontier with Hungary.

The town functions as the main entrance gate from Western Europe and is the primary border crossing into western Romania from Hungary. Historically, a former part of the town lies across the border in Hungary, where it is known as Nagylak. Nădlac is also recognized as a center for the Lutheran Slovak community in Romania.
