Volochysk is a small city situated on the left bank of the Zbruch River in western Ukraine. It is located within the Khmelnytskyi Raion of the Khmelnytskyi Oblast province.
The city serves as the administrative center for the Volochysk urban hromada, which is one of the local administrative units in Ukraine. According to the 2001 census, the population was recorded at 20,958, while the current population is reported to be 18,295.
