Vinkivtsi is a rural settlement located in the Khmelnytskyi Raion of the Khmelnytskyi Oblast in western Ukraine. It serves as the administrative center for the Vinkivtsi settlement hromada, which is one of the local administrative divisions within the country.
According to census data, the population of the settlement was recorded at 6,937 during the 2001 Ukrainian Census. The current estimated population of Vinkivtsi is 5,997.
