Derazhnia is a city and railway station located in the Khmelnytskyi Raion of the Khmelnytskyi Oblast in western Ukraine. It is situated along the banks of the Vovk River, approximately 42 km east of the regional center, Khmelnytskyi.
The city serves as an important railway junction on the line connecting Lviv, Khmelnytskyi, and Zhmerynka. It has a population of 10,240 inhabitants and hosts the administration for the Derazhnia urban hromada. The postal code for the area is 32200.
