Bilohiria is a rural settlement located in the Shepetivka Raion of the Khmelnytskyi Oblast in western Ukraine. It serves as the administrative center for the Bilohiria settlement hromada, which is one of the constituent local government units within the country.
According to the 2001 Ukrainian Census, the population of the settlement was 5,592, with a subsequent figure of 5,089. The area is situated near several other urban localities, including Yampil, Kremenets, and Kornytsya.
