Kakhovka is a port city located on the Dnieper River in the Kakhovka Raion of Ukraine's Kherson Oblast. It serves as the administrative center for the Kakhovka urban hromada, which is one of the local administrative divisions within the country.
The city had a recorded population of 34,749 residents. Since February 2022, Kakhovka has been under Russian occupation.
