Oskil

The Oskil, also known as the Oskol, is a south-flowing river located in Russia and Ukraine. It originates in the region between Kursk and Voronezh before traveling southward to its confluence with the Siverskyi Donets.

The river spans a total length of approximately 472 kilometres (293 miles). Its drainage basin covers an area of 14,800 square kilometres (5,700 square miles) before it eventually joins the Don River system.
