Derhachi is a city located in the Kharkiv Raion of the Kharkiv Oblast in eastern Ukraine. It is situated approximately 12 km (7 mi) northwest of Kharkiv, which serves as the administrative center of the oblast.
The settlement was originally founded during the second half of the 17th century as a sloboda. Today, it serves as the seat of the administration for the Derhachi urban hromada. As of recent records, the city has a population of 17,139.
