Kosiv is a city situated in western Ukraine within the Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast. It serves as the administrative center of the Kosiv Raion district and hosts the administration for the Kosiv urban hromada. The city has a population of approximately 8,351 residents.
The city is notable for its distinctive ceramics, which were officially inscribed on UNESCO's Intangible Cultural Heritage List in 2021.
