Kolomyia, formerly known as Kolomea, is a city situated in western Ukraine on the banks of the Prut River. It serves as the administrative center for the Kolomyia Raion and hosts the administration of the Kolomyia urban hromada.
The city has a population of 60,821 residents. It is located within the Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast region.
