Sartana is a series of Spaghetti Western films centered on the adventures of a titular gunfighter and gambler. The character is known for using mechanical gadgets and seemingly supernatural powers to outwit his rivals. The franchise consists of five official entries released between 1968 and 1970.
The first film in the series, If You Meet Sartana Pray for Your Death (1968), was directed by Gianfranco Parolini. The subsequent four films were directed by Giuliano Carnimeo. Gianni Garko portrayed the title character in all entries except for Sartana's Here... Trade Your Pistol for a Coffin, where the role was played by George Hilton.
