Chystiakove, also known as Torez, is a city located in Ukraine that is currently subject to dispute between Ukraine and Russia. It serves as a significant center for the regional coal industry, with much of its local economy relying on mining operations.

The city has a population of 53,462 residents. While it remains an industrial hub, the mining sector has experienced a recent decline in the number of employed miners.
