Kitsman is a city located in the Chernivtsi Raion of the Chernivtsi Oblast in western Ukraine. It is situated within the historical region of Bukovina and lies approximately 20 km (12 mi) northwest of Chernivtsi on the road leading to Zalishchyky.
The city serves as the administrative center for the Kitsman urban hromada, which is one of the recognized hromadas in Ukraine. As of recent records, the population of the town is approximately 5,963 to 6,049 residents.
