Kelmentsi is a rural settlement located in the Chernivtsi Oblast region of western Ukraine. It serves as the administrative center for the Dnistrovskyi Raion and houses the local district administration buildings.
The settlement also functions as the seat of the Kelmentsi settlement hromada, which is one of the recognized hromadas in Ukraine. As of recent data, the population of Kelmentsi is 6,985 residents.
