Kyinka is a village located in the Chernihiv Raion of the Chernihiv Oblast in Ukraine. It serves as the administrative center of the Kyinka rural hromada and is situated approximately 1 km from the city of Chernihiv.
Historically, the local self-government body was known as the Kyinka Village Council. Until 2016, this council held jurisdiction over the village of Kyinka as well as the neighboring villages of Hushchyn and Zhawynka.
