Wasso

Tanzania

Wasso, also known as Wosso or Owosso, refers to a historical figure rather than a geographical location. He was a prominent 19th-century leader of the Shiawassee band of the Ojibwa people.

While the name is associated with indigenous leadership in North America, it is distinct from any specific city in Tanzania. Historical records identify Wasso primarily by his role within the Shiawassee tribe during the 1800s.
