Maramba (also known as Gaurisiam or Goura Shyam) was a Meitei king who ruled the region of Manipur during the period from 1756 to 1763. He served as a monarch alongside his brother, Ching-Thang Khomba, who was also the King of Manipur.
The reign of Maramba was characterized by an alternating rule with his brother. This arrangement was reportedly established due to Maramba's physical limitations; while he held the title of king, his rule was interspersed with that of Ching-Thang Khomba during specific events that required a healthy and able-bodied leader.
