Igunga is a district located in the Tabora Region of Tanzania. It serves as one of the seven districts within the region and is bordered by the Shinyanga Region to the north, the Singida Region to the east, the Uyui District to the south, and the Nzega District to the west.
The administrative seat of the district is the town of Igunga. The area is currently divided into two constituencies: Igunga constituency and Manonga constituency, with Choma Chankola serving as the town for the latter. Additionally, Igunga is recognized as the second district in production within its region.
