Ruangwa is a district located in the Lindi Region of Tanzania. It serves as one of the six administrative districts within this region.
The district is defined by its geographical borders, situated south of the Kilwa District and north of the Mtwara Region. To its west, Ruangwa shares a border with the Nachingwea District.
