Nguruka is an administrative ward located in the Uvinza District of the Kigoma Region in Tanzania. It covers a total area of 138 km² (53 sq mi) and sits at an average elevation of 1,062 m (3,484 ft).
According to the 2016 Tanzania National Bureau of Statistics report, the population of the ward was 29,916. This figure represents an increase from a recorded population of 27,179 in 2012.
