Zhudong Township is an urban township located in central Hsinchu County, Taiwan, within the continent of Asia. It serves as a significant industrial and technological hub for the region.
The township is home to a portion of the Hsinchu Science Park and houses the main campus of the Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI). Its location provides accessibility via two major freeways: Route 3 North, which passes nearby, and Route 68 East, which proceeds directly through Zhudong. The area is situated approximately a 20-minute drive from the center of Hsinchu town.
