Salybia, also spelled Salibia, is a village situated on the east coast of Dominica within the Saint David Parish. Geographically, it is positioned to the south of Pagua Bay and to the north of the town of Castle Bruce.
The village serves as the primary commercial and administrative center for the Kalinago Territory. This area is notable for being the only Indigenous people's reserve in the Caribbean.
