Zeytinli is a neighborhood located within the district of Edremit in the Balıkesir Province of Turkey. As of 2022, the area has a recorded population of 3,431 residents.
Historically, Zeytinli held the status of a town (belde) prior to a reorganization that occurred in 2013. It currently functions as a residential and administrative locality under the municipality of Edremit.
