Mahmutlar is a neighborhood located within the district of Alanya in the Antalya Province of Turkey. Situated approximately 10 kilometers east of Alanya, it serves as a residential and tourist destination that has undergone significant development in recent years.
Originally classified as a town (belde) before a reorganization in 2013, Mahmutlar has been transformed by the construction of numerous apartments and holiday homes designed for European tourists. To support this growing tourism industry, the area has seen extensive improvements to its local roads and public services.
As of 2022, the neighborhood has a recorded population of 53,034 residents.
