Gölyaka is a town located in the Düzce Province within the Black Sea region of Turkey. It serves as the administrative seat of the Gölyaka District.
As of 2022, the town has a population of 10,516 residents. The local government is currently led by Mayor Yakup Demircan of the AKP party.
