Ovacuma

Ovacuma is a village located in the Safranbolu District of Karabük Province, Turkey. It is situated in a mountainous region along a valley formed by a creek that shares its name. The settlement is positioned approximately 28 kilometres from Safranbolu and 35 kilometres from Karabük.

The current administrative status of Ovacuma as a village followed a 2013 reorganization; prior to this, it was classified as a town (belde). The area was formed in 1998 through the merger of seven neighboring villages and is characterized by a dispersed layout. The primary economic activity of the region is forestry.
