Eskipazar is a town located in the Karabük Province of Turkey's Black Sea region. It serves as the administrative seat of the Eskipazar District and sits at an elevation of 750 meters (2,461 feet). As of 2022, the town has a population of 6,689.
The area became its own independent district in 1945 after separating from the Çerkeş district. Historically, it was part of the Çankırı Province until 1995. The Ankara-Zonguldak railway passes through the district, providing a key transportation link for the region.
