Şehitkamil is a district and municipality located in the Gaziantep Province of Turkey. Covering an area of 1,290 km², it serves as a significant administrative division with a population of 857,167 as of 2022.
The district encompasses the northern portion of the Gaziantep agglomeration and its surrounding countryside. It is home to several notable landmarks, including the old city containing the historic Gaziantep Castle and the University of Gaziantep.
