Seyhan is a district-municipality located in the Adana Province of Turkey. Covering an area of 444 km2, it serves as the core of the Adana urban area and is characterized by its significant demographic weight within the region.
The district is home to approximately 795,012 residents as of 2022, accounting for 35 percent of the population of Adana Province. It contains nearly half of the city of Adana's total inhabitants and ranks as the fifth most populous metropolitan district in Turkey.
