Balışeyh is a town located in the Kırıkkale Province within the Central Anatolia region of Turkey. It serves as the administrative seat of the Balışeyh District and sits at an elevation of 868 meters (2,848 feet).

The town is recognized as a historical site, with origins believed to date back to the time of the Seljuks. As of 2022, the population of Balışeyh is recorded at 2,126 residents.
