Kılbasan is a village located within the Karaman District of the Karaman Province in Turkey. As of the 2022 census, the settlement has a recorded population of 1,571 residents.
Historically, Kılbasan held the status of a town (belde) prior to a reorganization that occurred in 2013. It remains a recognized locality within the administrative structure of the Karaman Province.
